Return/Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund policy is as follows:

• Permanent Jewelry-we will ensure that jewelry is secured and bonded before you leave your appointment. If it comes off for any reason, we can re-weld it for a $10 repair fee as long as it is in its original state. If it cannot be re-welded, a new piece can be purchased at a reduced rate.  We do not accept returns.
• Custom Jewelry-we will ensure that all custom jewelry follows our inspection process to ensure your piece is handcrafted precisely to your order including chain, charms, and size before shipping. Once your item is received and should you have any issues, please reach out to contact@mannmadelinks.com so that we can resolve the matter. We do not accept returns.
• Travel Jewelry Boxes-we will ensure that all personalization follows our inspection process to ensure it is handcrafted precisely to your order including, box color, font, design placement, and font color. Once your item is received and should you have any issues, please reach out to contact@mannmadelinks.com so that we can resolve the matter. We do not accept returns.
