Permanent Jewelry is a type of jewelry that is created using a painless welding process to join individual pieces of metal together creating a custom fit without a clasp.  We offer a variety of chains in 14k gold, gold-fill, and sterling silver and can even create a more unique piece by adding a charm to your bracelet, anklet, or necklace. This is a great option for those that want a piece of jewelry that is beautiful and truly their own.

To clean your 14k gold, gold-filled, rose gold, or sterling silver removable or permanent jewelry, use Dawn dish soap with warm water and a gentle toothbrush. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Jewelry polishing cloths also work great  to restore their shiny selves. Avoid spraying perfumes or applying lotions and creams directly onto the jewelry.

Yes! You will not be required to remove your gold or silver jewelry during the security screening.

It is recommended to consult with your doctor. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, simply cut the jump ring (not the chain) and you can always schedule an appointment to bring the piece back to have it re-weld for $10.

Those who have a pacemaker should not get permanent jewelry due to the welding process involved.

While allergies to gold, sterling silver, or gold-fill are rare, those with allergies should not get permanent jewelry. Instead, a clasp can be added so that it can be removed at any time. 

No problem! You can still participate in the same experience except that your piece will have a lobster claw clasp added so that you can remove it at any time.

Yes! For permanent jewelry, we will ensure that jewelry is secured and bonded before you leave your appointment.  If it comes off for any reason, we can re-weld it for a $10 repair fee as long as it is in its original state. If it cannot be re-welded, a new piece can be purchased at a reduced rate. 

All MML pieces have a 60 day warranty forall welds, chain, and clasp defects. Email us as soon as possible if you are having issues (contact@mannmadelinks.com) and we will make sure it is taken care of quickly!
